The founder, Nahom Solomon, has a background in software development specializing in C/C++ software design and web development. While working as firmware engineer, Nahom saw an opportunity to be able to expand his skill-set as a software developer while providing a service to clients especially in the small business world. Nahom reached out to friends who had successfully started small businesses for guidance and advice.

Anbesa is the the Tigrinya (language from Eritrea) word for lion, but it also has another meaning. It is used to describe a person who is amazing or has done something spectacular. That is what AnbesaDev strives to do: provide quality and efficient software solutions worth of the title “Anbesa”
